Welcome to DIGITEC SOLUTIONS . By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1.Services

We provide website development, software solutions, digital design, and printed product services. Specific details, timelines, and costs will be outlined in project quotes or written agreements.

2.Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely information
  • Supplying necessary content (e.g., text, images, branding materials)
  • Giving feedback within the agreed timeframes

Delays in providing content or approvals may affect project timelines and delivery.

3.Payments

  • Payments must be made according to the invoice schedule.
  • Late payments may result in project delays, additional fees, or service suspension.
  • Final deliverables will only be released upon full payment.

4.Intellectual Property

  • Upon full payment, ownership of custom-developed websites, software, or design assets is transferred to the client, unless otherwise stated.
  • DIGITEC SOLUTIONS retains the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio or marketing materials.

5.Domain Registration and Ownership

DIGITEC SOLUTIONS  offers domain registration services. Clients may choose one of the following options:

Option 1: Domain in Client’s Account
Clients can choose to register a domain in their own domain registrar account. This must be done at the beginning of the project. Full ownership and access remain with the client.

Option 2: Domain Registered by DIGITEC
If we register the domain on the client’s behalf:

  • The domain remains the property of DIGITEC SOLUTIONS  until full payment is made.
  • Clients may request a domain transfer upon project completion and full payment of all fees.
  • A domain transfer fee will apply to cover registrar and administrative costs.

DIGITEC reserves the right to manage, renew, or redirect domains registered under our accounts until a formal transfer takes place.

Clients agree to settle all disputes through mediation or arbitration before initiating legal action unless required by law.

6.Revisions and Scope

Any revisions or additions beyond the original project scope may incur additional charges. The number of revisions included will be specified in the project agreement.

7.Limitation of Liability

DIGITEC SOLUTIONS  is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of business or data
  • Issues arising from third-party tools or services

Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific project.

8.Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

  • The client breaches any terms
  • Payment obligations are not met

Clients may also terminate the agreement by providing written notice. No refunds will be issued for completed work or hours already invested.

9.Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any legal matters shall be handled in the jurisdiction of DIGITEC SOLUTIONS’s registered office.
